How it works

Press the buttons to download the Bikely App

Find and reserve your location on the map.
1 hour reservation is always included free of charge.
Choose the type of bike locker according to your preferences.

Press open in the app when you are standing at your assigned locker.
Then press the button on the lock.
The door is open for 10 seconds when the light turns green.

Park the bike and make sure the door is closed.
In standard bike lockers, the bike must be backed in.
Turn the handlebars if the bike or wheel protrudes.

You can unlock the locker as many times as you want during the rental period.
Remember to take all your belongings with you after the rental period ends. Your rental will automatically end after 7 days.

Who do I contact if I detect errors or malfunctions?

1: First you should ensure that you are located in front of the same door as displayed in the app. 2: Press the bicycle icon for approx. 10 seconds to reset the lock. After about 30 seconds or when the light stops blinking try unlocking from the app and pressing the bicycle icon on the lock one more time. 3. If this doesn't work, please contact support via the app or by emailing info@bikely.no

Where do I download the app?

You can download Bikely through App store or Google Play.

Can I let someone else pick up my bicycle?

Yes, it is possible - but it takes into account that you are talking to the other person while opening the door. You can press unlock in the app while the other person presses the bicycle icon on the door. This is possible for practical reasons. Just remember to end your rent in the app after collecting your bike!

No, the user you create in the Bikely app is personal and can only be used by you.

I am unable to get my bicycle out. What should I do?

1: First you should ensure that you are located in front of the same door as displayed in the app. 2: Press the bicycle icon for approx. 10 seconds to reset the lock. After about 30 seconds or when the light stops blinking try unlocking from the app and pressing the bicycle icon on the lock one more time. 3. If this doesn't work, please contact us on via support.

I am unable to open the door, what should I do?

If you have finished your rental before picking up your bike, you may try to reserve multiple times until you receive the same locker again. If there are costs related to this process, please contact us at info@bikely.no for refund.

I have no active rentals in the app, but my bike is locked in. What can I do?

If you no longer have an active rental, but you bicycle is still in the locker - you can book lockers on the same location until you receive the same locker again. Let us know if there are costs due to unused lockers during this process, and we will retrieve those costs.

How does the service work?

You gain access to our secure bike lockers through the Bikely app, which are visible in the map function. There you can book a parking, and use the app to open the door. You need a credit card to register a user. Please download the app for more information.

What should I do if I forgot to quit my rental and a large bill is waiting?
